Dive In for Good: Join The Bluebell Circle Swim Relay 2026

Be part of something special this March and help us turn community spirit into real impact.

On 22nd March 2026, The Bluebell Circle CIC will be taking part in the Rotary Club of Maidstone Riverside Swim Relay for the first time, raising funds not only for The Bluebell Circle, but also for two remarkable local charities: Demelza Hospice Care for Children and Kent Surrey Sussex Air Ambulance.

This much-loved event has raised over £40,000 in the last two years, and we’re excited to join in and make 2026 even bigger.

We’re looking for individuals to sign up, who will then be placed into teams of 4–6 swimmers, to take on a simple challenge: swim as many lengths as you can in 20 minutes. There are prizes for the most lengths and the most money raised, but the real win is coming together for causes that matter.

All funds raised will be shared:

• 50% to The Bluebell Circle CIC (supporting Sofia’s riverside memorial throne and improvements to the tyre-swing area in Halling)

• 50% to Demelza and KSS Air Ambulance

  
  

Demelza supported our family in the final weeks of Sofia’s life and continues to offer care, counselling, and sibling support. The Air Ambulance saves lives across Kent every day. By taking part, you’re supporting all three charities in one powerful event.

Who can take part? Anyone of any age, as long as you can swim. You don’t have to swim far — even one length makes a difference as part of a team. We would love to see families, friends, colleagues and community groups sign up together.
